 The Harnisch Foundation, NYC [August 2019-June 2023]

Program Manager, Funny Girls Improv SEL Curriculum 

The Harnisch Foundation is a private foundation that funds programs aimed at underserved and marginalized groups. The program I managed tackled the confidence gap in girls grades 3-8 in all 5 boroughs of NYC public schools by delivering an SEL (social-emotional learning) curriculum anchored in improvisation.

  • Doubled the number of yearly partnerships with NYC public schools and after-school programs

  • Established and developed new partnerships while maintaining strong relationships with existing partners

  • Collaborated with and oversaw the Communications Strategist to develop and execute media strategies across multiple platforms

  • Drafted and executed partnership Memos of Understanding and oversaw the execution of the outlined terms

  • Created and executed a scaling strategy to expand the program both online and beyond NYC to Florida

  • Led trainings for 10-20 instructors in our partner schools and organizations on the program and its implementation

Social Code is a marketing firm that creates and delivers paid social media for large clients across the U.S. My clients were Capital One including their March Madness campaigns, Nestle, Wells Fargo, and Estee Lauder

  • Oversaw clients’ social media planning, execution, and growth, while meeting all campaign deadlines

  • Managed 1-3 Associate Account Managers who helped to plan and execute campaigns, optimize media mix, report actionable learnings, and exceed client expectations through qualitative and quantitative data

  • Grew e-commerce revenue for Estee Lauder brands by 222% YoY 

  • Developed the 2019 March Madness paid media plan for Capital One and executed the campaigns in real time
